NOHA Intensive Programme (IP) 2007– Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany September 3 –14 2007 The intensive programme (IP) is a 10-day initial inter-university joint course that introduces students to the Network on Humanitarian Assistance (NOHA) and familiarises them with contemporary issues in the field of humanitarian assistance as well as with the main actors involved. The IP brings together approximately 140 students, over 40 lecturers and researchers as well as a significant number of consultants, international experts, policy makers, aid managers, and guest speakers from NGOs and IGOs.
