NOHA Intensive Programme (IP) 2007– Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany
September 3 –14 2007

The intensive programme (IP) is a 10-day initial inter-university joint course that introduces students to the Network on Humanitarian Assistance (NOHA) and  familiarises them with contemporary issues in the field of humanitarian assistance as well as with the main actors involved.

The IP brings together approximately 140 students, over 40 lecturers and researchers as well as a significant number of consultants, international experts, policy makers, aid managers, and guest speakers from NGOs and IGOs.

NOHA Intensive Programme (IP) 2006 – Uppsala universitet (Sweden)
September 5–15 2006

The IP is an introductory course that each year initiates the NOHA Master's . This special activity lasts 10 days and serves as a special forum at which participants share knowledge and experiences on important issues in the area of humanitarian action. The IP gathers all new NOHA students (approximately 140 students), members of the NOHA Staff and Faculty, representatives of former students, associate universities, NOHA Erasmus Mundus partners, and a high number of international experts, policy makers, and aid managers from non-governmental organisations (NGOs), international governmental organisations (IGOs), associations, foundations, think-tanks, and research centres.
