NOHA Mundus Partnership

Erasmus Mundus Masters Courses also have the possibility of establishing partnerships with third-country higher education institutions in order to encourage European universities to open themselves up to the world and to reinforce their worldwide presence. 

 Within this framework established by the European Commission, NOHA has been partnering different institutions since 2005 onwards. The partnership provides for mobility for European Union graduate students and scholars and for third country students and scholars. The duration of the Partnership is three years.


As of to date, NOHA has established an Erasmus Mundus Partnership with 7 third-country higher education institutions. The institutions involved are the the seven European universities that deliver the NOHA Joint Master's Course (Université catholique de Louvain - Belgium, Université Paul Cézanne Aix-Marseille III – France, Ruhr-Universität Bochum - Germany, University College Dublin - Ireland, Universidad de Deusto - Spain, Uppsala universitet - Sweden, and Rijksuniversiteit Groningen - The Netherlands) and the following third-country institutions:

Universidad Javeriana, Colombia
Bangalore University, India
Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia
Saint-Joseph University, Beyrouth, Lebanon
University of Western Cape, South Africa
Columbia University, United States
