• 15 October 2011 (Central European Time - CET): Opening of the call for Third Country candidates (Category A) and European candiadtes (Category B) applying for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships.
• 15 December 2011 (CET):  Deadline for Third Country candidates (Category A) and European candidates (Category B) for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships.

Ordinary candidates (candidates NOT applying for Erasmus Mundus Scholarships).

• 15 January 2012 (CET): Opening of the call for Ordinary candidates (candidates not applying for Erasmus Mundus Scholaships).
• 15 March 2012 (CET): Deadline for Ordinary Candidates.
